I am currently a senior research scientist (CRCN) among the Empenn team at INRIA Rennes - Bretagne Atlantique. I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at INRIA Sophia Antipolis, Asclepios team (now Epione). My post-doc took place at Harvard Medical School, in the Computational Radiology Laboratory at the Children's Hospital Boston. I obtained my habilitation for directing research (HDR) in june 2019 from the University of Rennes 1.

You will find on this website some information on my past and present research projects. In addition, this site provides some of the images produced from my research, and also software and templates I have contributed to or developed.

February 9, 2022 - Evolutive article
I am starting a new concept of evolutive article (on registration methods using block-matching). Today is the first release. It is hosted on github and has a discussion forum for feedback, ideas or reviews.
December 4, 2020 - New website design
I have finally revamped this website. New stuff has been added in the research section and here is a new design, more compatible with smartphones and tablets.

July 24, 2019 - Updated version of the thesis and HDR Latex template:
The Latex template I provide for writing PhD manuscripts has been updated following the recent modifications I made for my HDR. Feel free to check it out and use it.

We are opening the source code of scripts combining tools from Anima to perform processing of data, including registration, DTI processing, segmentation, quantitative imaging...
