Welcome to my website.

I am currently a research scientist among the VISAGES team at INRIA Rennes - Bretagne Atlantique. I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at INRIA Sophia Antipolis, Asclepios team. My post-doc took place at Harvard Medical School, in the Computational Radiology Laboratory at the Children's Hospital Boston. You will find on this website some information on my past and present research projects.

In addition, this site provides some of the images produced from my research, and also some software and templates I am authorized to distribute.

January 24, 2012 - medInria 2.0 Beta availble:

It's coming: as of today medInria 2.0 is available for beta-testing. Check it out if you want to test it and provide us some feedback: http://med.inria.fr.

October 25, 2011 - New software links - QtDcm and QtShanoir:

We are starting to distribute the source code for two softwares developed at the Visages team to get user interfaces for PACS and Dicom interrogation, as well as Shanoir database interaction. More info from the software page.
