October 1, 2015 - Anima:
We are opening the source code of a large part of the research software developed in the Visages team, including registration, DTI processing, segmentation, quantitative imaging... It is named Anima and available as a git repository on Github under an AGPL license. Look at the details on how to get it here.
September 24, 2015 - medInria 2.2.3:
A new release of medInria has come to life! With mainly bugfixes and two new plugins from the Visages team for relaxometry maps computation. Check it out on http://med.inria.fr.
October 7, 2013 - STAPLE variants implementation:
Our source code implementations for recent publications on STAPLE have been made available through the CRL website. Some of them are still in the pipeline to get distributed but feel free to check them out on the software page.

As part of some ongoing research work between Inria and Mauna Kea Technologies, the source code of Young and van Vliet recursive Gaussian filter has been made available as an ITK remote module. More description on the software page.
