Welcome to my website.

I am currently a research scientist among the VISAGES team at INRIA Rennes - Bretagne Atlantique. I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at INRIA Sophia Antipolis, Asclepios team. My post-doc took place at Harvard Medical School, in the Computational Radiology Laboratory at the Children's Hospital Boston. You will find on this website some information on me, and about my past and present research projects.

I also added recently sections first to show some of the images produced from my research, and also to distribute some software and templates I am authorized to.

June 1, 2010 - New positions available (from September 2010):

The INRIA is offering 4 software engineer positions in bio-medical image processing in three centers (Rennes, Saclay, Sophia-Antipolis). These positions are for candidates of master of science level or equivalent. Duration: one year, renewable. More details (in French) here, INRIA website or contact me.
